Summary of Qualifications
Jeff has an expansive range of experience in the Property and Casualty Industry that began in 1994. He served as claim rep, trainer, and manager in both line unit and catastrophe operations for the largest property & casualty insurer in the U.S. After a rewarding seven-year tenure on staff for a carrier, Jeff worked a brief stint with a Global Restoration Contractor before founding KD Construction & Consulting in 2004. In this role, he supported several property insurance carriers with large loss consulting and Alternative Dispute Resolution, which led to the startup of KD Consulting & Appraisal Group in 2006. He partnered with Alamo Claims Service for the new startup and sold his interest in the construction side of the business in 2008 after experiencing significant growth over the first couple years. His role expanded into a leadership position with Alamo in addition to his duties as principal and President of KD Consulting & Appraisal Group. Both businesses were sold in 2012 and Jeff aided in the operational transition to the new company from 2012 – 2014. Jeff co-founded FKS in 2015 as an Independent Adjusting Firm with its focus on flood claims.

Mr. Kaiser established FKS Insurance Service in 2015 providing insurance services to private carriers with an expertise in disputed claims handling. Mr. Kaiser is responsible for operations as well as management of existing clients and FKS personnel. FKS Insurance Services currently handles flood, homeowners, and disputed claims for numerous insurance companies throughout the continental United States. FKS Insurance Services is based in St. Petersburg, Fl. with offices in Saint Petersburg, FL, Tarpon Springs, FL, and Tremont, IL.

Mr. Kaiser established an Appraisal and Loss Consulting company in 2006, KD Consulting & Appraisal Group, Inc. in the state of Florida with a focus on appraisal and litigated files as well as large commercial losses. It was purchased by CIS group in 2012.

Mr. Kaiser partnered with Alamo Claim Service 2011-2012, managing large claims operations including Residential, Auto, and Commercial losses. This includes both first and third- party claim handling. He helped expand claim operations into Illinois. Developed insurance claim service resources for field as well as in-office examiners, mediators, SIU and litigation adjusters.

Mr. Kaiser founded and successfully operated KD Construction and Consulting, Inc. from 2004-2008. The business was focused on Insurance Reconstruction and Restoration and sold in 2008. He maintained his General Contractor’s license and served as consultant and qualifier until 2010.

Mr. Kaiser served as a Claim Rep, Reinspector/Trainer, and Team Manager with State Farm catastrophe operations from 1995-2001. He worked with a team that helped establish a catastrophe claims training school in Jacksonville, FL. He was responsible for teaching classes to incoming employees and helped create policy training and estimatics guidelines.
